New Customers

We require a minimum first order of $300.00. There is no minimum on future orders.

Payments:

All payments must be processed before order will be dispatched.

Any returned cheques are subject to a $30.00 fee.

Returns:

No claims are acknowledged after 7 Days of receipt of delivery.

Goods will only be accepted with a returns authority number from head office.

It is our policy to replace faulty stock wherever possible. Where there is clearly a manufacturing fault, the garment will either be repaired or replaced. We will however not accept where they have been laundered incorrectly.

Ranges/Stock:

Due to unforeseen circumstances with suppliers, fabrics and laces are subject to availability. Your order maybe put on Back Order and we will contact you regarding this

Delivery:

Allow between 3 to 4 weeks for delivery
